What is Trenchless technology sewer epoxy liner?
Our sewer pipe liner repair method allows us to repair an old pipe without tearing it out of the ground. In the past, we were forced to dig the old pipe up and replace it with a new pipe, but trenchless technology is minimally invasive and essentially rehabilitates the older pipe.
First, we perform a sewer camera inspection. Our sewer camera will reveal the
condition of the sewer pipe and help us plan the epoxy lining process. If our technician believes your sewer pipes are suitable for epoxy pipe lining, we then use the Hydrojetter to clear out any blockages or root intrusions.
Then we will prepare the resin for application.
A two-part epoxy is mixed and added to the felt liner and inserted into the damaged pipe from an access point. Lining creates a pipe within the existing pipe by injecting epoxy resin into the problem pipes then curing it in place to a hard, smooth, durable finish.
This entire process makes for a brand-new pipe that is jointless, seamless, resistant to corrosion and can last up to 50 years. Little to no digging is required for Epoxy liner installations. Repair work can be done in one day.
After completing the process, our technicians will conduct another inspection of the sewer pipes in order to make sure that the resin cured properly and won’t be the source of any problems in the near future.
